How to append to an icon on iPhone

To group applications with the same needs and purposes on iPhone, we will create folder groups. This will make the main screen on iPhone more compact, instead of displaying all application icons. And if your iOS device is jailbroken, you can install Zenith tweak to group applications into one icon.

Instead of creating multiple group folders to include applications, users will now combine 5 applications into one icon. Thus, the main screen on the iPhone will be more compact, not clearly displaying the app's included icon.

Instructions for groups of applications on iPhone

Step 1:

Refining Zenith can download and experience for free from the Hackyouriphone repository, before buying the official version. Go to Cydia then click on the Sources tab, click on Add and then add the http://repo.hackyouriphone.org repo. Click Add Source to save.

Then find the Zenith tweak to install on the device.

Step 2:

After installing the user, go to Settings and choose to adjust Zenith to change settings. In the setup interface you will have customizations including:

  • Enable: enable or disable tweaks.
  • Visual Indicator: select content that is visualized when arranging applications on the screen.
  • Spotlight access: gestures that open app stacks include swipe up / down or click on the status bar.
  • Close on app launch: close small apps nested after opening.
  • Allow creation of new stacks: allows creation of new application stacks.
  • Tap anywahre to collapsde icon: click anywhere on the screen to collapse the icon.
  • Aggregate badges: notification badge aggregated on the first icon of the stack.
  • Collapse on home button press: minimize the stack by pressing the Home button.

Step 2:

After you select the item you want to use, go back to the main screen on the iPhone to proceed to merge the application. We will swipe up or swipe the application icon to expand the list of applications to use.

In the case of free space, click on the plus icon to switch to the application selection interface to add to the same group.

With Zenith tweaking on the iPhone, the main screen will be much more compact than the previous application group folders. Users can select which applications to add to the same icon.
